Derek is an affiliate Broker and Licensed Real Estate Agent and REALTOR in North Carolina with experience since 1995 in Real Estate, Construction and Development. He has a degree in Business Management and served in the United States Coast Guard with the S.E.S. Division / Drug Task Force Unit. Derek has called Asheville home since 1993. He has worked with developers of multi-family and high-end subdivisions as well as managing a local Systems-Built Home company. Derek is highly active in local affairs, a long standing member of the Asheville Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Board of Directors for the Asheville Home Builders Association (AHBA) and is a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI).
